My family of 5 stayed at Riad Tama. The staff were very welcoming, kind and attentive. The rooms were large, well furnished and very clean. The location was great, it made for a greta stopping point. The views from the terrace were gorgeous and the pool area surrounded by fruit trees: just lovely. The food was ok. Not amazing. But not bad at all. The dinner (pictured) was better than the breakfast. We had a massage and this was very good.

I WAS DISGUSTED - not clean at all ( I will post pictures too )

Read this review from first hand experience !
I FOUND PUBIC HAIR on the sheets , the toilet trash still had used stuff from previous guest ( I’m not going to mention what ) .
I had checked in late , so I went down to the reception to find someone to tell them
About my concern and to request new bed sheets because there was no way I would be able to sleep in that . No one was there except an employee ( Abdallah ) who came up and he saw everything I mentioned and he was kind enough to try to find me new sheets that were not ironed but they were better than what was there . I still want to throw up while writing this message .

The room also had courtesy hotel sleepers from A different hotel brand that were already used , and they tried to re-use it for the next guest . There was a cup of coffee that was used from Previous guest . I was really disgusted . Also no soap in the shower , and the room I was given was nothing like the ones in the pictures they published . Breakfast is nothing to die for , low quality , so I just had a cup of coffee .
There was an unpleasant odor in the whole place .
The manager was aware of my situation the next morning I was checking out , I just wanted to leave , and he didn’t even apologize for anything , and took the full amount on the room . He just told me to « please have breakfast before you leave « I said « no , I just want to leave «
I’m a travel agency and he knew that , I usually test all places before making a choice for my guests , and this is definitely not a place I will ever use or recommend -

The riad is not maintained at all !
Don’t be deceived by the pictures on google ( those are from The previous owner’s days ) . This place has changed .
I had a very bad stay …

First of all , the price is too expensive for the quality and the rating ! I would rate this place as a 2 or 3 ⭐️. I stayed at over 6 places in the area , and trust me , they were all 4stars and above even , same price or cheaper , extremely clean and way better service .

If you expect comfort , please make sure you do your research or visit first .

Check out the pictures I posted to see with your own eyes , I took those pictures as soon as I walked in and wanted to take a shower and sleep .

The hotel is really nice, very relaxing and with a great view on the surrounding landscape. Enjoyable pool and great garden inside. The neighborhood might be slightly scary for people that aren't travelers but tourist but everybody is really friendly and welcoming.
The staff is by far the highlight of this place, very friendly and helpful. I was sick for a day but the staff helped me get medecine and even brought breakfast in bed. Would recommand!!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Riad Tama. The whole team were very friendly and accommodating, especially Mostafa and Hamid. The room was very comfortable and the pool/garden area is a stunning, relaxing space. We enjoyed having breakfast in the garden.

The location is quiet and peaceful. This does mean it's a bit of a journey into the centre of the city, but getting a taxi is usually very easy and not expensive. Overall, I'd highly recommend!
