Mohammed took us on a 4 hour hike in the gorge on 1 day's notice. He set a good pace with a few water breaks and a visit at a shepherd homestead for green tea and a respite. He was responsive to our questions and very easy to banter with. We would have liked more background about the geography and formation of the land but couldn't draw much from him. As others have said he can be engaging and is very comfortable in any situation.

Very nice trek to the todra Gorge. Mohammed is a great guide and knows a lot about the flora and fauna of the area. Not hot at all walking through the waziz.

I did the climbing and hiking tours with Morocco climbing. Loved it! The guides (Ali for climbing and Mohammed for the hiking) were very kind and spoke good English and had lots of knowledge about the surroundings. 5/5 would definitely recommend.

My partner and I were searching for an experienced guide to take us climbing in Todra Gorge and we definitely found that through Mohammed and his climbing guide Ali. They were amazing to work with and were able to accommodate us last minute in making our booking the night before while driving there. Ali guided us for a half day climbing excursion and supplied us with all the gear needed (shoes, harnesses, helmets, etc) as we had nothing with us while climbing. Ali has lived in the area for his entire life and seems to know the Gorge better than anyone else I could imagine. If you're on the fence about choosing this company or another I would HIGHLY recommend that you go with this one. I will definitely be reaching back out to use them on our next trip to Morocco.

I spent three days trekking from Todra Gorge to Dades Valley with Mohammed. What a treat! I was a bit nervous about doing the 3 day trek without any other tourists, but Mohammed was great company. He is personable and hospitable, and the days flew by. Highly recommend moroccorockclimbing for this trek!
