Tried to make a booking change with several days in advance but they were totally inflexible.

Beautiful hotel, despite there being no lift and an extremely minimal breakfast. The restaurant in the evening, however, had excellent food and a wide availability of wines and beers ( a treat in Morocco ). So we ate there all three nights and enjoyed the food immensely. The hotel is a little way out of town, but not too far to walk. I would certainly stay there again.

Service was much better than the last time I visited a year ago & rooms had been refreshed still odd layout large wasted space behind curtain!
Quite rooms slept well.
Porter available but getting down to reception & then up to rooms was a trial as no lifts 😕 , I was injured and a real trial.
Pool was quite cool doesn't seem to be a Morrocon priority in general, ( October) despite the sun but better than November last year but the shower in changing room is still Luke warm & leaking as the previous time. Plumbing is an issue as water was off colour to start as last year.
Dinner service was better than last year,( we were ignored & ate very late) they prioritised french speaking customers ) .
Was down for early breakfast to leave for cycle ride but they weren't ready.
Lovely environment around the pool & alcohol available.
Enchanting and clean environment, the staff are very kind and helpful and the surroundings idyllic. The room is comfortable with a view on the garden and swimming pool. You can only hear the birds chirping. Hammam and massage treatments are a very welcome bonus though you have to pay separately.
Highly recommended. A particular thank you to Mohamed who helped me to solve a few issues I had with my baggage and is always available for any help you might need.
