I'm always stunned by the traditional touch in the building, and this hotel's rooms were really cool

Unfortunately, our experience at La Kasbah de Dades was very disappointing. While the location is undeniably beautiful 🌄, the attitude and behavior of the staff left a lot to be desired.

We were treated with a surprising lack of respect and hospitality — something we did not expect, especially given the warm welcome we've received in other places throughout Morocco. Being treated poorly simply because others might be "worse" is not an excuse ❌.

As paying guests, we expected at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. Sadly, this was not our experience. The atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming, which made it hard to enjoy the rest of our stay 😔.

This place has potential, but unless serious improvements are made in how guests are treated, I would not recommend it to others.

Avoid this place at all costs. When we arrived, we respectfully asked for permission to play some music and were granted approval by the manager himself. However, not long after, someone from the staff (very rude and aggressive) came up to us screaming and treating us like we were criminals — even though we had done everything by the book. His attitude was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright hostile. If this is how they treat paying guests, I can't imagine how they handle real issues.
Terrible service. No respect. Never coming back.🤮🤮

We stayed at this hotel the first night of our trip to the Merzouga desert.
The appearance of the hotel from the outside is ok, but the rooms and restaurant are very weak.
Our shower was broken, the toilet was peeling and the cleanliness of the rooms was very questionable.
Dinner was also very poor, chicken tagine for everyone but very little quantity.
I do not recommend it at all

The rooms were rustic and clean but basic. I loved their traditional design and the shower was plenty spacious and had warm water. The view from the room of the pool and mountains were amazing. Service was great and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was mediocre but dinner was great, and the view from the rooftop can't be forgotten
