Terms of Service for Service Providers
1. Submission and Listing Guidelines
By submitting a service to the MeldanGo directory, you warrant that you are the authorized representative of the business. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. All submissions are subject to editorial review and will be published within 24 hours of approval.
2. Subscription and Boost Plans
Listing Plans: Membership in our directory is subject to the purchase of a specific listing plan. Each plan defines the duration and features available for your business profile.
Boost Plans: Additional promotional “Boost” plans may be purchased to increase the visibility of your listing. These services are activated upon confirmation of payment and are non-transferable between listings.
3. Payment Terms
Payment Obligations: All fees for listing and boost plans must be paid in full according to the pricing specified on the platform at the time of purchase.
Invoicing: Invoices for plans and boosts will be generated automatically upon successful payment.
Payment Window & Activation: Upon editorial approval, your listing or boost service will be activated on our platform within 24 hours. You have a grace period of 7 days from the invoice date to complete your payment via bank transfer, cash deposit, or PayPal. Once your payment is successfully received and processed by our financial department, your service will be permanently confirmed for the duration of the purchased plan. Please note that failure to settle the invoice within this 7-day period may result in the suspension of your service.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Fees: Once a plan or boost service has been activated, payments are non-refundable.
Service Termination: MeldanGo reserves the right to suspend or remove any listing that violates our quality standards or fails to adhere to the agreed payment terms.
5. Governing Law
These terms exclusively govern the commercial relationship between MeldanGo and the Service Provider. Any disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
