Whether you are coming from a long day exploring the desert or visiting the historic Rissani souk, this restaurant offers a deeply welcoming, comfortable setting to enjoy genuine local hospitality. Areas for improvement: Creating a clear, illustrated menu or a board that highlights the ‘Traditional Specialties of the Day,’ specifically noting the preparation time for the fresh Madfouna, would be a fantastic addition to help visitors plan their meal.
